REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the products.
SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Orders placed before 12pm EST Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12PM EST, will ship the next day.
In order to ensure a smooth shipping process and avoid any unnecessary delays , please provide matching shipping and billing addresses.
All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis.
Pandemic Delays
Based on the unfortunate pandemic shipping delays may occur, please understand that if you select first class USPS shipping, your order may be at risk to take up to 30 days for delivery. Due to the unexpected delays with the postal service. This is at no fault of Mel’Ocracy. We will also offer UPS standard shipping as a selection. Please note, UPS is not currently expecting delays and packages are being received within 3-5 business days.
